Payments are usually due at the time of each appointment unless agreed with PsyNeu. Typically, should the fee not be paid for two or more sessions, no further sessions will be scheduled until the balance is paid and/or payment arrangements have been made with PsyNeu.
You are eligible for a full refund before the 1st of the designated seasonal shipment month. Partial refunds are given for cancellations from the 2nd-14th of the designated seasonal shipment month. Boxes that have already shipped are not eligible for refunds.
